This assembly line is designed and developed for starter armature. All components are transported to all stations by pallet. The line is made up oftwo sub lines: line before varnishing and line after varnishing. Line before includes following stations: stack shaft pressing station, insulation paper inserting station, paper expanding station, hairpin forming station, auto hairpin inserting machine, insulation and leakage current testing station, wire head twisting station, wire head expanding and auto ground testing station，commutator auto pressing station, wire head combining station, commutator welding station, epoxy ring inserting station, voltage withstand testing station and unloading station. Line after includes following stations: commutator and stack rough turning station, commutator slotting station, commtuator precise turning station, bur brushing and gear runout testing station, electrical testing station and laser station. |
